7 Lakes Homecoming Overalls 2012

Drum roll please....

The first Homecoming of the KISD season has come (and gone now, LOL)

7 Lakes had their 2012 Homecoming Football game last night and tonight is the dance.
This year I had the pleasure of meeting some of the greatest MOMS and girls ever!! They challenged me with some custom graphics and I was able to exceed their expectations!! I had a lot of fun designing these... LOTS of sewing and details!! Thank you girls!

Where to Buy OVERALLS for Homecoming 2012

In a panic to find some overalls for Homecoming??? Well you found me, and I can decorate your overalls, but you need to buy the blank ones first!!

I have been sending everyone to OverallsWarehouse.com to buy this year and they are running out, so I had to look in more places.

I found THIS PLACE that has Liberty overalls in youth sizes in stock and at a great price. These will work great for the girls who would wear a womens medium and smaller.

Here is my "size chart" recommendations:

Wo's medium = Youth 18 or 20 (5'6" & taller, 125 lbs+)

Wo's small = Youth 16 (5'4" 105-120lbs)

Wo's extra small = Youth 14 (5'2" -5'3" up to 105 lbs)

These are all estimations. Overalls all run a little big and I usually take in the leg width a bit as well as take up the length.

The Tiniest Katy Tiger Fan!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Shyloh, a five month old Katy Tiger fan!! 

She is sewwww cute! Her Mommy asked me to make her some "overalls" that she can wear to all the Tiger Football games. Here is how they turned out!!

Faith West Senior Homecoming Overalls!!

Designing these overalls was so much fun!!! 

Since seniors in High School get to have their mums created in white and gold, I thought it would be sooooo cooool to design the overalls to match the mum!!! Show off the fact you are a senior and get the notoriety of wearing the GOLD and WHITE!!

I got to think outside my "normal" box (which by no means normal at all) and use fabrics not normally used for applique. For the Eagle, I used fabric designed for BATHING SUITS and DANCE COSTUMES!! I love the way it turned out and I encourage anyone who wants special overalls for their Senior year to order them this way.

Classic Katy Tigers, Always in Style!!

Just finished some overalls for Miss Holly, am eighth grader at Katy Junior High! She is in band, plays the flute and is ready to show off her school spirit!!! Woot!! Go Tigers!!!

  Katy's Homecoming is Friday, October 12, so I will be taking orders until the 28th of September. Get your appointment set now.. (You have to supply the overalls)
